To place a customized jewelry, handbag, stationery, or pillow order, email Zevelyn at bags@zevelyn.com. You will receive an email response and a price estimate/invoice from Zevelyn in less than 24 hours. *When ordering handbags, pillows, and note cards, please be sure to include the fabric name or number. Add-its can be ordered from the Add-Its page. A PayPal shopping cart is available for your convenience. PayPal is a free and secure payment service which allows you to pay with any major credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover) or with an e-check (direct withdrawal from your checking account). To set up a PayPal account, click here. If you prefer to pay with check or money order, please email us at sales@zevelyn.com. When placing a custom order, please specify your preferred method of payment so we can send you an appropriate invoice. Payment plans and layaway options are available. Email Zevelyn at sales@zevelyn.com for further information. How long does it take to receive my order? Most bags, pillows, and note cards are custom made for you upon receipt of payment. Most orders are completed and shipped within 1 week of ordering, but please allow for up to 2 weeks for some handbags to ship. Wholesale and bridal party orders may take longer. Additionally:
What are your shipping options? All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service with delivery confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of when your purchase ships. We are currently able to receive orders from the US and Canada through our website. If you would like to place an international order, please email your order request to sales@zevelyn.com. You will receive a Paypal invoice within 24 hours.
Refunds or exchanges are offered for items that are returned to us within 21 days of purchase in their original condition, with all tags attached. Please email Zevelyn for instructions prior to sending returns back. We do not reimburse return postage fees. Shipping costs are not refundable, however, exchanges will ship free of charge. Customized or special orders are final sale. Clearance items and $5 jewelry are final sale. We guarantee our workmanship. If for any reason you feel an item you purchased from us is defective, please email us at bags@zevelyn.com. We are not responsible for damage caused from misuse or abuse. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to purchases via a third party (e.g. post office) once they leave our studio.
